Lets just try stop this

So i was reading a blog on child slavery and it said that only in Congo no other place in the world they make children go in under ground mines to find material they need to make Cell phones ,Laptops,ipods,ect . These children are being forced to do th is every day on end. They do this is gets sent out and then they dont get any money from it. Child slavery is a big issue that we need to consider.  Alot of children  are forced to work when they dont want to . So they can have money for there families. Some times they are used for slves and get no money at all. I dont think that is right what they are doing to these children. These children deserve a better life then working against there will. I have never been in a situation like this but children shouln’t have to feel this way they are supposed to play not work the parents are supposed to support the family.Not the children, So they only have this law in a place called Congo.  They dont really care if it effects anyone or not they want the money that they are making from these kids digging in unsafe areas underground.In the mean time, children in Congo are being abused daily to feed our addiction to cheaper technology.Many companies are rejecting “Coltan” for there material because of the petition Dutch sent out so in  the end they are hoping by doing this it is going to work for them.

Well we are back to our weekly posts.  We had stopped for a while for a break but we are now back to writing again I found this one blog that updates on technology from the future. I think its really intresting.  There is this one thing i found the most intresting and its called I mo. This is a vehichle they have made that is Enviromentally friendly. It is made up of many organic parts and it wheels get polished when you drive it. The shape of this vehichle is round. They say in the future that the shape of vehichles will change durastically. Which means they are changing them Rapidly. This site i found you can subscribe to and it has alot of good ideas. Alot of different things you wouldnt see every day. The place is called Tuvie.   It is all about the designs of the future. The new and improved technology.  They say that the  I mo is  will be the new way to get around ! When i first say the Imo I thought it was really neat how they decided to come out with all the future technology and how the get new ideas like this. Tuvie updates alot and with alot of things i have never seen or heard of. If you would like to check it out heres the link There are some really neat inventions so i hope you check it out. This car will be avaible in Red,Green, Blue,Yellow and Black the basic colours. This car has alot of organic parts so it is more Enviromentally friendly. With this its going to cause things on earth not as bad because they are using less harfull chemicals to go in to the making.   With that that means there is going to be less pollution which helps out the earth. This is  a good way to help out Global Warming and stuff like that on the earth with less pollution it makes not everything better but it helps out.

Well its Monday again the start to a new week. This is our last week until exams start so we have to get everything ready and start studying. Our first exam is Ela  he puts the longest ones first. because by the end of the week we are all tired and not wanting to write a long exam. The hardest ones for me are at the end but the easiest ones are first. We start them on Tuesday next week because there are only 4 exams to be written,  So Monday is a regular day . We have to stay for at least a hour and a half because some students dont want to write them by making them stay longer they are going to do something atleast try. I write my exams then go home get and study for the next. Then i usually go out with my friends or i do something else. I dont study all day i study for periods of time over a long period of time. So we got our reviews for each exam last week and   that sums it all up to what is going to be on the exam and what we need to study. They arnt terribly hard they are easy as long as you study.  If they are hard for you spending time studying makes it alot easier then not studying at all. So I have to go now and i will write later

Friday

Well our teacher has just uploaded our radio plays! We finished them this week after a long stretch of time we finally got them finished. If you would like to check  mine out  heres the link  That brings you right to my radio play. Me and my partner had to work on these and we chose a Mystery type one. We have worked on this for a long time and gave it effort. I hope you like it. Well i just wanted to let you know there are radio plays up other then mine and heres the link you can go to see them all . Well other then that its friday today and im super excited, Thats its finally the weekend. I already have plans tonight with my friends i dont know what we are going to do but its usually not boring when we hang out. This weekend is going to be so much fun . Just hanging out with friends and all.

Just a update

Well nothing is really new except for we got Exams coming up soon. Im not really a person who is into doing stuff like this. We have to write these ones and there is 4 of them. We only write them 2 times a year when u are in grade 7/8 and when u get to High School you write alot more. We write one set in January and then another set in Junse. The ones in june if you have a 80% and over you dont have to write them so some people are done school earlier then others. We will get our review some time this week and then we have the rest of th is week and next week and them we start exams so we dont have a very long time until we have to write them. I usually end up having to write my exams because im usually not a person with that high of marks. Alot of  people have to write at least 1 or 2 of there exams. And then there is some who doenst have to write any at all and there is some who have  to write them all. But if you try hard enough you oculd get exempted even if you are a ower student it all comes from trying. So if you try hard enough you have a chance to be exempted. I consider my self lower but if i try hard enough i could get at least 1 exemption. So you can always try. Never give up.

News!!

So i havent wrote for a while now and i have found out about what the mine has decided to do. They have decided to shut down until the economy goes up . Not to many people were happy with this decision but theres nothing we can do about it. They will re open when the economy decided to go back up . Some people are trying to get on in Flin Flon. But others who cant then will have to find another place to get on.. But other then that news nothing really happened here. Well i hung out with my friends this weekend we didn’t really do anything but we werent bored we had lots of stuff to do. Unfourtanatly we found out that one of my Best friends mght have to move now. But she might not have to lets hope not anyways. When i heard this news it kinda brang me down a little bit but it doesnt really effect me it effects my friends more but i don’t want them to go either. But the positive thing is that we are supposed to have another mine opening up  ! I dont know when but that will help out a bit

So i thought i would let you know what was going on and what news i have heard from the meeting.

Thinking

Well i heard news today and i wasnt to excited. We have this mine here and most of the people work in it. Or one of there parents do. They are having a meeting tomorrow morning on whats going to happen. They are having thoughts on maybe closing it down ! I hope they dont because alot of my friends parents work out there and i would be upset if they all left. With a town being this small and alot of people leaving  there wont be very much left of this town unless another mine opens. With this maybe going down we are going to lose alot of our population with people moving because they are  out of work. I am not excited about this and i hope it doesnt go down! But theres nothing i can do if they cant mine there no more then i guess there out of jobs. I was really upset when i heard this but i guess i will have to keep positive and hope nothing happens.

World wide issues

So we were told to look for things that concern us and the earth today. I have found some websites i think are intresting and thought i would write about it. So these world issues i am writing about are effecting us in life today. The things i chose were pollution, Technology and Animal cruelty. So i chose this site for animal cruelty because it gives out some good points it is trying to stop what is going on and they are trying to say that you don’t need the fur its more like you want it, They mention that its torchure . The other blog i chose was on pollution. In this blog it mentioned the affects why its wrong and the things you could do about it so i thought it was a good idea it also updates it often. The idea of this blog is its trying to make more people do what they are saying. I think its a good idea heres the link to this blog.

The third thing i chose was on future technology. There are some thing wrong with it that it does cause pollution, But this blog gives out good ideas on things that are coming out. This blog indicated how we can use things differently. Heres the link to this blog

Writing, What else would you call it?

So i am writing again about any thing really. Well its Thursday already. This after noon of school and tomorrow until 2:20. Then we are done for 16 days Whoo. Today after school we have a volley ball wind up. We get pizza pop and desert. Then we get to have a gift exchange. It will be fun. I have no idea what time it ends at. Then theres a Christmas concert tonight at the community hall. Grades k-6 are in it. So our class wasn’t in it. We get a potluck and a pep rally tomorrow in the gym we have a bunch of games. the games are Wrapping paper sticky situation,Candy cane pass ,Tic tac toe,Garland pull,pie eating contest,Musical chairs, Stocking steal. those are the games we get to do we go against other classes. I think it will be really fun. Once you get in grade 7-12 you get to do these things. We are super close to Christmas only 1 more week. I am so excited.

Well we tried!

Well we are supposed to be working on our radio plays but it seems everywhere me and my partner go it doesn’t seem to work. So we have to write a blog post for today. But as we figure out the problem we will get to record. We have got it recorded a bunch of times but with people in the back round, People moving chairs and people ruffling papers. So it didn’t sound good. So we really didn’t get anything done. So we are having bad luck. We had to write a script and then record it with music sound affects and expression in our voices. Well its not working so well for me and my partner. So we tried a bunch of different things and our teacher tried it to but it still wouldn’t work so we went upstairs to our  classroom and tried it and still no luck. It seems to be working for everyone else except us!  I was laughing because everywhere we went it wouldn’t work! We are just bad luck today.

So we have been working on theses radio plays for a while and we wrote our script and then we recorded but with noises so we are trying to do it again.  This has been our main focus for this week because we want to get these finished. We were  hoping to get these finished by Thursday but i don’t know if that is going to happen anymore.  So there isn’t much for us to do right now.  So we were told we should write. I write on her lots lately. But i just do i do it even when i am not told to. Soyou can write on here about anything that is approprite for school.  So we can write about anything that is going on or anything we want really.     So i decided to write about the difficulty i am having with audactiy. Its a good program but its not working for us. I think it is our head phones though because it is working for everyone else. I think the heead phones we got just arnt working.
